[Stream of Consciousness] From Talking Heads to Orlando Bloom

I’ve decided to do a stream of consciousness starting with the next song that comes up on my iTunes shuffle.
Psycho killer qu’est-ce que c’est fa fa fa fa fa fa this song makes me think of Sylar from Heroes when he was riding in the car and this song was playing and it was “ironic” and funny because he really was a psycho killer and then I think of Zachary Quinto and how much I loved him in Star Trek as Spock who was strangely hot and then I remember finding out that he’s gay and then I got sad because then he won’t be able to get married and what if Zachary Quinto wants to get married to his gay boyfriend what’s he going to do then I should probably sign that petition that the human rights campaign sent to my inbox last week and also the one from the week before and the week before that and the one that’s being thought of right now in the headquarters of the human rights campaign and I wonder whats happening with the presidential campaign who will become president of the USA did you know that Ireland has a lady president who is likely going out of power soon also Liberia’s president is a woman named Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and her name reminds me of Legolas Greenleaf Orlando Bloom mmmmmmm

I’ve come to the realisation that if you don’t like the way your body looks you only really have two options: learn to accept and cherish your lovely lady lumps or do something about it.  If you can look in the mirror ass naked, nod appreciatively and say “I’d hit that” then this post is not for you.  If you cried for half an hour last time you went into an Urban Outiftters changing room because of the way your rolls hung over those skinny jeans then you might want to read this.

[Music] Justin Timberlake is Making Music Again…Kinda

There’s been a general public outcry for Justin Timberlake to stop pretending to be an actor and start making music again.  It even spawned this.  It looks like our prayers have been answered.  Well, kinda.  JT has gone the Chris Brown route (no, not beating bitches in cars that cost more than your house) and he’s started rapping.  He’s featured on FreeSol’s single “Role Model” getting his autotuned supa dupa flow on and starts with “You got to bear with me because I’m…I don’t do this but…fuck it… let’s see what happens…no rules, right?”

Something Else About Idris Elba

Idris Elba is my IBM, which is probably why this is my third Elba related post in a row.  Now that we’ve established that I’m stalking him we can talk about his latest project.  He’s producing/presenting/being paid to put his name on the project so that people will watch Milk + Honey which is described as, “a scripted series that follows the spiritual, professional and romantic journeys of four young and ambitious women navigating the lights, smoke and mirrors of Hollywood”.
